1. Acceptance of Terms

Welcome to Enduro University. By accessing or using endurouniversity.com (the "Site") and any related services we provide (collectively, the "Services"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree, do not use the Site.

These Terms form a legally binding agreement between you and Enduro University ("we", "us", or "our"). If you are using the Site on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years of age (or the minimum age required in your jurisdiction to consent to these Terms) to create an account. By using the Site, you represent that you meet this requirement and that all registration information you provide is accurate.

3. Account Registration

  • You may register using an email and password or via a third-party provider such as Google.
  • You are responsible for safeguarding your password and for all activity under your account.
  • You must provide accurate, current information and keep it updated.
  • You may not transfer or sell your account, and you may not create an account for someone else without permission.
  • We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or that we believe are fraudulent or harmful.

4. User Content

The Site allows you to submit posts, comments, photos, video clips, poll votes and other content ("User Content"). You are solely responsible for the User Content you submit and for ensuring you have all necessary rights to do so.

  • You retain ownership of your User Content.
  • By submitting User Content, you grant Enduro University a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free, sublicensable, transferable license to host, store, use, display, reproduce, adapt, edit, publish and distribute that content on and through the Services, including for editorial, promotional and social-media purposes related to Enduro University.
  • For clips you submit for potential featuring on our social channels, you grant us the additional right to publish that content on platforms such as TikTok, Instagram, Facebook and YouTube, with attribution to your profile.

5. Content Standards

You agree not to submit User Content that:

  • Is unlawful, infringing, defamatory, harassing, hateful or threatening;
  • Contains personal information of others without their consent;
  • Infringes the intellectual property or privacy rights of any third party;
  • Is false, misleading or fraudulent;
  • Contains malware or harmful code; or
  • Violates any applicable law or these Terms.

We may remove or restrict User Content and take action against accounts at our discretion.

6. Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to:

  • Use the Site in any manner that could disable, overburden, or impair it;
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Site, other accounts, or computer systems or networks;
  • Use any robot, scraper, or automated tool to collect data from the Site without our permission;
  • Interfere with the proper functioning of the Site or with another user's use of it;
  • Submit content on behalf of any third party without authorization; or
  • Circumvent any security or access controls.

7. Advertising and Sponsorship

The Site is advertising-supported. We display advertising and sponsored content, which may be labeled as such. Advertisers are responsible for their own claims and offers. We are not a party to any transaction between you and an advertiser. Sponsored or promotional content does not constitute an endorsement by us.

8. Newsletters

If you subscribe to our newsletter, you consent to receive emails from us. You can unsubscribe at any time via the link in our emails. We are not liable for delivery failures caused by your email provider.

9. Intellectual Property

The Site, including its design, text, graphics, logos and software — excluding User Content and third-party material — is owned by or licensed to Enduro University and is protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, reproduce, or redistribute any of it without our prior written permission, except as necessary to use the Site as intended.

10. Third-Party Links and Content

The Site contains links to and embeds content from third-party websites and platforms (e.g. YouTube, TikTok, race organizers). We do not control and are not responsible for their content, accuracy, or practices. Your interactions with third parties are solely between you and them.

11. Disclaimers

The Services are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. We do not warrant that the Site will be uninterrupted, error-free, secure, or that results or data will be accurate. Specifications, race results, and technical information on the Site are provided for informational purposes and may contain errors; always verify critical information with official sources. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties.

12. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, in no event shall Enduro University, its officers, directors, employees or affiliates be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of data, profits, or goodwill, arising out of or related to your use of the Site. Our total liability for any claim arising from the Site is limited to the amount you have paid us, if any, in the past twelve months.

13. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Enduro University from any claims, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of your User Content, your violation of these Terms, or your infringement of any third-party rights.

14. Termination

You may delete your account or stop using the Site at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access to the Site at any time, with or without cause, and without notice. Upon termination, your right to use the Site ceases, though your previously submitted User Content may remain on the Site as permitted by these Terms.

15. Governing Law and Disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Israel, without regard to conflict-of-laws principles. Any dispute arising from the Site will be resolved exclusively in the competent courts located in Israel, unless otherwise required by mandatory local law.

16. Changes to These Terms

We may revise these Terms from time to time. The most current version will always be posted on this page with an updated "Last updated" date. Your continued use of the Site after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
